No underage cell phone usage for minors, while driving!



For those who had questions as to the new cell phone ban for teen drivers in Mass,here's language from Chap 90,sect 8M of General Laws:No person under 18 years of age shall use a mobile telephone, hands-free mobile telephone or mobile electronic device while operating a motor vehicle on any public way.For the purposes of this section, a junior operator shall not be considered to be operating a motor vehicle if the vehicle is stationary and not located in a part of the public way intended for travel.

This takes effect September 30, 2010!
